Inclusive education for a more inclusive future!

Three more schools in Tembaro now have brand new inclusive education resource centers available to their students. The resource centers are fully equipped with materials such as deaf dictionaries, braille paper, charts, and mathematical kits catering to students with disabilities. Ensuring access to these resource centers is also key, which is why we are building ramps and providing extra wheelchairs, canes, crutches, and walking sticks. This is just one part of our commitment to expanding inclusive education access in rural Ethiopia. We trained 200 teachers, school directors, community and religious leaders and successfully enrolled over 250 children with disabilities in school.

Thanks to YOU, our donors and supporters who make this meaningful work possible. By investing in inclusive education, children with disabilities can join their peers in school–they are seen and heard!
