Ensuring the inclusion of marginalized community members is one of the priorities of WEEMA in every aspect of our community-led development. This is why we prioritize accessibility of opportunities for marginalized people, especially children and adults living with disabilities. Check out this uplifting video following the success of one of our hero female members of the disability association in Mudula.  WEEMA provides training in business skills and seed money for association members so they can set up successful businesses.
