Continuing to Pray for Peace in Ethiopia!

News headlines have been flooded with reports of war and displacement in Ethiopia. Unfortunately, Ethiopia’s trials aren’t limited to internal conflict this year as tensions rise on the border with Sudan over land demarcation. Although it's hard to find reliable sources of information at this time, we continue to keep Ethiopia and its people in our prayers. War and conflict often disproportionately affect the most vulnerable members of society which holds true in this case as millions of young girls, women and children have been displaced and are facing situations that threaten their safety. The government and aid organizations are mobilizing support including the diaspora community in the US and beyond. 

We continue to pray for Ethiopia and hope for peace and stability to return soon in the conflict areas.
